I'm thrilled to announce that my buyer, who is on active duty in the Army, is now UNDER CONTRACT on this gorgeous property! He and his family are relocating here for work. I've spent so much time working with this family to find the perfect home. It has been a challenging journey to find them exactly what they wanted. Coming to a place they know little about raised many concerns and insecurities.

Happy Client! I was able to find her a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home for $200 less than what she was already paying at her 2 bedroom apartment. She was able to move into it this weekend and she was beyond excited to have all the extra space in the new rental home.
