We regularly rely on one another for guidance, support, and a listening ear. Witnessing the diverse ways in which my team interprets and embodies TEAMWORK was truly enlightening. As we come together to celebrate Thanksgiving, let's savor the precious moments with our cherished family and friends.

In our gratitude, let us offer prayers for our elders, extending our thoughts to those who find themselves alone or unwell during this time.

As we gather around the table, may we hold in our hearts the less fortunate, acknowledging the blessings we enjoy, and vowing not to take them for granted.

And in the midst of our joy, let us also take a moment to remember and honor those who have gone before us, whose legacy lives on in our hearts and traditions.

I recently started “Word of the Month” in my office. I’ve had my team come in and write on the board or email me what it means to them.

I started the "Word of the Month" initiative because I believe in the power of language to shape our understanding of the world.

Words carry profound meanings, and by focusing on a single word each month, we can delve deep into its significance and impact.

I chose the word "CULTURE" as our inaugural word because it serves as the bedrock of our organization.

It's essential to understand the values, beliefs, and practices that make up our collective culture.

As for my team, they understand the importance of this initiative as it not only enriches our vocabulary but also fosters a shared understanding of the values we hold dear, ultimately strengthening our team cohesion and enhancing our organizational culture.
