Wednesdays are for wellness.

For most of my career, luxury meant more. More square footage, more finishes, more rooms, and I have walked through many beautiful homes that were extraordinary on paper and never quite let you exhale 🧘🏼‍♀️

That is changing. My clients rarely open with a room count now. They ask where the light falls in the morning, what they will see from the bed, whether they will hear the city at night, and whether there is room outside for a garden, a dog who runs, perhaps one day a greenhouse.
