While wearing workout clothes, glazed with sweat, messy hair, and EXHAUSTED...this is never the right moment. BUT!!!
THIS photo, this is how I see this squad. Small children, multiple pets, full time demanding jobs, selling their home...they are ROYALTY 👑.
We had an offer, and it fell through. We had to start from scratch again and they SENT it!! Summertime showings in a slow market with slow movement over $500k. They ADJUSTED, and PIVOTED, and did what it took to make this photo and reality happen!
Team, I'm gonna miss our bi monthly powwows, they were healing for both of us! Appreciate you and letting me be your guy to close this part of the chapter! God Bless you and the next one that unfolds!

CONGRATS to Bryce and Kennedyyyy on their new acreage! Man, I cant believe I used to teach Bryce guitar like I don't know - 15 years ago??? So crazy. Now, he owns a business, is married (to the greatest gal ever) and has a BABY?!? GEEZ..WHAT. IS. HAPPENINGGG??
This squad got me to sell their STUNNING duplex in the west end - (walnut ensuite Comeon team) and at the same time we had the wild task of winning in multiples on EVERY. ACREAGE. WE. ENCOUNTERED. Hard.
This one, we competed with 8 other offers...and here we are. LOCKED IN AMERICAN GOTHIC STYLEZZZZ.
It all worked out and we would all agree.
God is good.

This may be my favorite sold story of complete randomness. The first text Zach sent me was six years ago, basically telling me (rightfully so) the lawn of the house I was representing across the road was horrific. You'll see how the conversation went, and then you'll see how six years later I was showing up to his house to evaluate it. I guess we "technically" already knew each other hahahah.
I love this squad! SOLD...BOUGHT... all in one fell swoop!! Got WELL over list on their home, and bought a beautiful place. And NOW??.they're Star Wars famous.
