I’m taking my Fundamentals of Real Estate exam next Friday.

If I wrote it today, I know I’d do well, but I’m choosing to use this extra time to sharpen my knowledge even further.

I refuse to treat this exam as a “speed bump” on the way to getting licensed. A lot of people look at tests and courses that way.

I choose to be a competent, knowledgeable professional, and it starts with mastering the Fundamentals.

There is always a silver lining as I lucked out with the extreme leg room AND window seat for our rebooked flight to Calgary 🇨🇦

Our vacation to Germany🇩🇪 is at its end😔

This country has stolen a massive piece of my heart (my wife is from here 😊) and we can hardly wait to start planning our next visit.

Thank you to all my new followers!

I am at the tail end of my month long vacation in Germany, and will be back home in Edmonton this weekend.

I am grinding really hard to build a following and with over 20 now, it is time to start releasing some actual content and get engaged with those who are following me.

I’m a man who likes to get a head of the game, and with a target license date of Jan 2027, the more networking I do now, the better I’ll be able to be.

My request for my first exam has been submitted!

It has taken me about 80 days to complete my Fundamentals of Real Estate course. And honestly I think I spent 30 not doing anything at all due to other work, vacation, and just over all life.

With that being said, I now have an excellent foundation to build from as I look to move into my Residential course in the next few weeks - just have to pass this first exam!

Just 4 more lessons left and I can book my first Exam. All according to plan.

While I am actually still enjoying the Fundamentals, I am definitely looking forward to getting into my Residential course.

It’s only mid August, but I am very much looking forward to 2027 and beginning my Real Estate journey.
