This is one of my personal favorite applications. All odds were stacked against us. Ratios were ridiculously high. There were lots of things to overcome. Back and forth I went to war for them. I got it approved. Now they are basically completely debt free with exception of only their mortgage. Saved them about 2500 in monthly expenses.

Winter is here !! Stay safe everyone! Another happy client I wanted to share. I keep it honest and up front. I don’t sugar coat and i don’t mislead my clients. Brain stormed with them and we turned a not possible situation to a possible one. This was a referral from one of my realtors. It’s important to have a strong relationship with your partners. Good day peeps, this client was New to Canada, was told she was approved by her other mortgage service provider and already waived her condition of finance. She almost lost her deposit. She came to me and said we only have a week left to make her a home owner and not risk her deposit.

We worked very quickly together and BOOM 💥, she was approved. Now she moved into her new home and I can’t be more happy that I was apart fo that experience. She was very kind and organized which made things easier for me too. I am really grateful for her business and trust.

Had the pleasure of working with this upstanding young couple, both have drive, and both work hard. Now they own their first home. Which is like a palace. Massive beautiful home. Very proud of them both.

I had to jump in and defend them on a couple things, as they were new to the home buying experience and they ran into some conflicting issues. I made sure they were in good shape and that everything was crystal clear and they were protected by the possible sharks out there that try to eat newbies in the market for lunch. I worked with them for over a year and helped them every step of the way, the response from them after they got there keys was just beautiful. I love my job when I get to help people be happy.

Howdy everyone !!

My client was kind enough to write me these nice words. They tried for 2 years at brokers to get approved for their mortgage. She came to me and we worked together and stayed optimistic and we got it approved with a bank 🔑😊 Her and her husband and kids have a beautiful home now.

They both worked very hard ever since arriving in Canada about 6 years ago. They saved their money and they deserve to have a nice home they can call their own. No more having to move from landlord to landlord with their kids changing schools.
