Conditions removed on this one last week and we are officially sold!

Here's an update on the Real Estate market: it feels like it's getting crazier by the day! As of right now over 26% of single family homes in Edmonton are reported pending and in some communities it's over 50%!

With regards to home prices, this one was purchased in 2019 for 403K and sold for $447K (99.5% of list) last week! That's an increase of >10% in value over 2.5 years.
