As production counsel, SEBLS represents independent producers in production financing transactions, provides title, chain-of-title and corporate opinions, reviews errors and omissions insurance applications and clearance, advises regarding collective agreements and Canadian film and television tax incentives and other international soft money incentives, and provides similar advice to entertainment industry clients throughout the development, production, and exploitation stages of film and television productions. SEBLS also represents talent in the negotiation and drafting of talent agreements, celebrity endorsements and other commercial legal matters.
