Called to the bar in 1971, Maurice has practiced with large and small firms from Toronto to Atlanta to New York and brings that experience home to Cornwall. Primarily focusing on real estate, corporate law and wills/estates, Mauriceโs business experience provides a valuable perspective on problem-solving - in a practical and cost-efficient manner.
Jonathan earned his civil law degree from Universitรฉ de Montrรฉal in 2008, followed by a common law degree at the University of Ottawa where he graduated with honours in 2009. Called to the bar in 2011, he began his career working in private practice in Toronto for several years before heading east and joining Maurice Gatien Law Office. Jonathan takes pride in finding creative and practical solutions for businesses, individuals and families in the areas of real estate, corporate, wills/estates and civil litigation.
