Happy Birthday to my one true love!

What a year it's been – a rollercoaster as we've tackled new challenges, navigating parenting amidst our hectic schedules and different parenting styles.

You're the rock in our family, keeping us grounded and on track. Without you, everything would fall apart. Your incredible ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously is truly remarkable (coming from someone who can only handle one task at a time 🤪). Turning 40 was an incredible year for you; you've shaped little Whitney into the loving cuddle bear she is while taking on your new role as VP of Development, the culmination of years in the development world.

We've made significant investments in our family's future, facing some of our toughest decisions as a couple this year. It seems this is what a child does for parents.

One thing is crystal clear, though: you are our stability, with your infectious smile and voice of reason (most of the time 😝).

Whit and I love you to the moon and back. I can't wait to see what 2024 has in store for you. Happy Birthday, my love.

Hats off to my client on the successful sale of their Ranch Park home. Closing a significant chapter that began back in 1973, this sale holds immense meaning. Ranch Park sales hold a special place in my heart, having lived in this neighborhood my entire life.

Navigating this sale wasn't without its twists. Despite multiple offers that didn't quite pan out, persistence and dedication led us to the finish line, securing an excellent price for my client. Now, they're off to Salmon Arm to be closer to family. Onward to new beginnings!
