You can absolutely ask ChatGPT to draft your contract.

That’s not the issue.

The real question is whether you trust your business and relationships with it.

If I use a prompt one day and then the same prompt another day, I get a totally different output 🤯

Yes, I do this.

And yes, the outputs- as far as contracts go, just aren't great.

I’ve helped business owners start businesses together…

And I’ve helped unwind them when things didn’t go as planned 🙃

What I see over and over again isn’t bad intentions…

It’s missed conversations.

I get it.

The excitement of building something new makes it easy to skip the harder questions and assume things will sort themselves out.

They usually don’t.

Six years into this wild ride of entrepreneurship, and let me tell you…

Time doesn’t magically fix your patterns.

It just gives you more chances to notice them.

Some things I’ve improved.

Some things I’m actively working on.

And some things I now recognize faster, which tbh counts for a lot.

This feels less like “figuring it out”

…and more like learning where a small shift actually makes a difference.

Sometimes in systems.

Sometimes just in how hard I am on myself.

If you’ve been in business long enough to think

“I should have this figured out by now…”

Ever look back and realize that that one time you said "yes" changed... everything?

For me, it was a kayak trip with my mom.

I was about 4 years into "lawyering" and I was burnt out. Uncertain about what I really wanted to do, and definitely felt lost.

That trip with my mum and the people I met along the way, sparked a knowing that I wanted to leave the traditional law path, and do my “career” a little differently.

The seed had been plants.

6 months later, I got let go from my corporate law job.

Instead of panicking, I pressed pause. Took 9 months off. Moved across the country.

And slowly, piece by piece, started building a life that actually felt like mine.

✨ Started my own law firm.
✨ Built Contracts Market from the ground up.
✨ Moved to a small town I literally never had heard of before
✨ Experienced love, loss and so much growth and change

One small shift, becomes a ripple.
And suddenly, your whole life is different.
