-Collingwood & The Blue Mountains: Both saw new listing inventory rise (+2.7% and +9.4% YoY respectively), pushing median prices down to $732,933 in Collingwood and $863,895 in The Blue Mountains.

Wasaga Beach: Remains one of the region's most active and accessible markets with 50 sales, offering an approachable median price of $564,310.

-Clearview Township: Experienced strong buyer demand with sales volume jumping 33% year-over-year (20 sales) as new listings rose 34% to 78 homes.
-Meaford: Stood out as a major outlier in sales velocity, seeing a 47% year-over-year spike in completed sales (28 transactions).
Owen Sound & Grey Highlands: Continue to offer exceptional value for buyers seeking countryside, acreage, or smaller-town living, with average days on market holding steady.
The Takeaway: Average sale-to-list ratios are holding firm between 92% and 97% showing that sellers who price accurately according to current market realities are still successfully closing deals.
