Major Announcement!!
After almost 34 years running my own independent brokerage I have recently accepted a position as the Managing Broker for Exp Realty for NL. I want to thank Nevin Hollett for not only bringing the company to NL but also having faith in me to be the broker moving forward.
This industry has provided me with many opportunities but none bigger than this one. I look forward to the our transition and have a very good feeling for what the future brings.
As of today EXP Realty in NL is 95 agents strong and the goal is to grow that number to ensure there is full provincial coverage.
Stay tuned as we roll out our new signage and grow the presence of EXP in the province and locally.

Retirement Announcement!!!
After 28 years in the real estate profession Fred Denty will be retiring at the end of December. In recognition of his years of dedication we will be holding a retirement party on Monday December 22nd at the Bill Davis Chalet from 4 - 8 pm
