As some of you may already know, one of my favourite places to eat in Cambridge is Thai Coconut Island. 😍

This family-run restaurant serves authentic, home-cooked Thai food that is always packed with flavour. I usually stick to a few go-to favourites from their lunch menu, but last week I decided to branch out and try the Thai basil stir-fry and wow, I’m so glad I did! The flavour was incredible, with the perfect balance of savoury basil and just a little kick of heat at the end.

If you haven’t tried Thai Coconut Island yet, I highly recommend adding it to your list. And if you’re planning to order takeout or dine out this week, consider supporting them. They’re a wonderful local business serving amazing food, and they deserve all the love. 🤗
