Every once in a while, you receive a message that reminds you why this profession matters:
- Mr. Muenz and team,
It has been a year, on the 18th, since your team helped me in court and prepared me.
I just want to say thank you again. I will never forget you all.
I continue to work hard as a manager(now) and still as a paramedic, I see things more through a lens of
how to make good decisions for my future, for my family, and to make sure that not only myself, but my young boys (ages 6 and 4) will stay safe in their lives as well.

This email came from a former client almost a year after we worked together on his case. He wrote simply to say thank you and to share that the experience had changed the way he sees his work, his decisions, and the example he wants to set for his young children.
In criminal defence, we often meet people at a difficult moment in their lives. While our role is to advocate for them in court, the real hope is that the process becomes a turning point rather than just another chapter.
Messages like this are a reminder that the work we do can have a lasting impact far beyond the courtroom.
Grateful for the trust clients place in us and for the opportunity to help people move forward.
