If you were hoping to catch a break as a property buyer, the new Alberta budget doesn't have good news for you. Effective March 21, 2024 the First time Home buyer's Incentive is being discontinued. Also, registration costs with land titles will be doubling in the near future, we aren't sure of an exact date yet.
