Joel, our founder, is badly in need of a long range mobility scooter and seeks your help. It is because of degenerative spinal scoliosis and end stage tibeotalar arthritis (ankles) making unaided walking impossible and limited to 20 metres with brace and walker. A used one can be found in excellent condition for about half the price of a new model ($2000 v $4000). Can provide medical reports for those who ask.

In Starling v. Independent Living Resource Centre Canada, the Plaintiff sued my client for $50,000.00. She was only successful for just over $10,000.00 with me arguing that the threshold for punitive damages had not been met. The judge decided this case should be reported.
