Unfortunately in June my personal account was hacked. Once in they removed all other admins to our page and proceeded to post something in the facebook world to have my personal account banned as the post went against community standards. ( they clearly had a goal and exactly knew what they were doing ) Once my account was deactivated it left them complete control over our ads account and business page.

They ran ads for days that I could not stop. Despite all efforts and continuous communication with Facebook they deleted my account and everything I ever posted on the Facebook too. I lost posts from family, pictures and videos that are not gone forever. Ok but what about our business page? Despite months of trying to get ownership back to our page, phone calls, emails, proving ownership without success.

After months of posting through our Instagram to this page, we have decided to start over with a new page as it is very unlikely to ever recover complete control over our page of over 10 years.
