As part of its three-year immigration levels plan,, Immigration Canada has set an admissions target of 74,900 for it's Express Entry Pool for 2018.

Now, all Express Entry Candidates through the federal immigration program do not need to have a Canadian job offer to get invited to apply for Permanent resident!

This means that the Comprehensive Ranking System will focus more on the candidate’s’ human capital scores!

Already, there have been 5,500 candidates who have received an invitation to Apply (ITA) with or without job offer.

For the last draw, candidates with a CRS score of 444 or above who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool received an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

There has been fraudulent emails and online messages going around targeting immigrants especially, from Ghana and Nigeria about a 2018 Canada Visa Lottery Application.

They are misleading and please be cautious

Canada immigration system does not run on a lottery system like USA's !

Immigrating to Canada is through 2 main avenues:
-The Canada’s federal government or
- through the programs in the 10 provinces and three territories.

No other bodies or agents are authorized to run immigration programs to Canada!

BREAKING! -The latest Draw from the Federal Express Entry pool has been made on Oct 18!

2757 candidates with CRS score of 436 or more were invited to apply for Permanent Residence!

Invitations were sent to candidates who applied through the 3 main stream: Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC), the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), or the Federal Skilled Trades Class

So far, 72,101 foreign nationals have been invited to apply for Permanent residency in 2017.

The NOC's or occupation lists for qualification under this category includes:
Financial/accounting sector,
Civil Engineers,
Registered Nurse,
Social and Community Workers,
Information system analysts and Computer programmers
Network Technicians,
College and vocational instructors.

Although application intake limit has been reached less than 24 hours, It is expected to be reopened again soon as it's one of the most popular migration category for Permanent residence.

Like other Provincial Nominations, once a candidate has been nominated, one can receive 600 points towards the Federal Express Entry pool to qualify for a Permanent Residence in Canada!

To be nominated, your Express entry profile has to be created, ECA done and English Proficiency Exam written!
