We are excited to share another success story!

Our client has been employed in Canada on an LMIA-based Work Permit in a high-skilled occupation. He recently travelled back home to India and married the love of his life. Unfortunately, his wife could not travel back to Canada with him as she did not have a Canadian visa that would authorize such travel.

Missing his beloved wife, our client approached us and sought our legal advice on how his wife could join him in Canada while he continued to gain valuable work experience.

We promptly filed an Application for an Open Work Permit for the Spouse of a High Skilled Foreign Worker for his wife on May 3, 2024.

We were ecstatic to see the Application was approved in under two months on June 25, 2024.

The wife will now be travelling to Canada, on an Open Work Permit, in the next few days to reunite with her husband. Another happy family reunited in Canada!
