Following the example of the Alberta Courts and other legal professionals, we will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves, however, at this time we ask clients to continue to wear masks during all in person meetings. A mask will be supplied upon request. Sanitization procedures in all meeting spaces will also continue at this time for the safety of all our valued clients. Happy New Year! We hope you are all doing well and had a lovely holiday. We are looking forward to 2021 and the joy and happiness it will bring.

Update: In light of the provincial announcement regarding the new COVID-19 restrictions yesterday, we will continue to be open and meeting clients by appointment only. We are accommodating virtual signings when requested and available, and are also taking enhanced sanitizing and distancing precautions for any in person meetings.

Please be aware that only those individuals who are required to sign documents will be allowed to attend appointments. At this time we cannot accommodate children at the in person appointments and child care must be arranged for the duration of your appointment. We will also continue to require all clients to wear masks while attending any in person meetings. Thank you for your continued support and understanding during these times. Be kind and be well.

As an essential service, we are still open and taking appointments. We are taking precautions to reduce our direct contact with our clients and partners.

At this time we are unable to do virtual appointments for most real estate closings, but we will monitor the situation and update our policies as the regulations change to adapt to the COVID-19 situation.
