• Seller’s market conditions remain in place for detached homes, with less than 2 months of supply
• Price growth is holding steady, with the West district seeing up to a +2% year-over-year increase in some segments
• Tighter inventory continues to limit options, keeping competition active
• Compared to other parts of the city, the West side is experiencing some of the smallest price declines (under 2%) in attached segments

While Calgary as a whole is shifting toward more balanced conditions, the West continues to lean in favour of sellers, especially in the detached market.

💡 What this means:
If you’re thinking of selling in the West, conditions are still working in your favour. Buyers, on the other hand, should be prepared to act quickly when the right property comes up.
