Whiplash is a condition we see and treat frequently. Unfortunately, it’s an injury that often goes ignored and isn’t addressed until later when symptoms have progressed. This delay in treatment can make recovery more difficult, take longer, and sometimes decrease its effectiveness. Long story short, the sooner you start treatment, the better! 👍🏼

Did you know your body sustains injuries in an accident as slow as 8 mph. This was proven in a study done by Yale University; so those fender benders are just as detrimental to your spinal health as a larger accident! 💥🚙

P.S. sports injuries and slips and falls can cause whiplash injuries too!
