This means getting in contact with a mortgage broker is your number one priority! And I'm more than able to help with that!

You may have an idea on what you'd expect to to afford, but a mortgage broker will be able to give you a much better understanding about what your lender is going to approve you for.

Keep in mind that this "pre-approval" is NOT your final mortgage approval. But this will help give you and myself a better idea of what your budget is and what we can essentially shop for.

There’s nothing more heartbreaking than falling in love with a home that is actually outside of your budget... So let's be proactive together to get you proactively hunting asap!

12 new chapters, 365 new chances.

New year = new daytimerssss! Which I love picking out each year….😁 l’m most excited to challenge myself in 2022 and fill this bad boy up!
I’ve always been a “check-list” kinda girl so keeping a schedule (especially when working from home) is what keeps me on track and efficient⏳.
I’ve started to make some changes to my daily schedule, all that are apart of my 2022 goals. Change is never easy, but if it was everyone would be up for it….That’s why I’m focusing my 2022 energy on embracing constructive changes.
It’s so much more fulfilling in the long run but the hard part is allowing those changes to manifest and be accepted. So here’s to page 1 of 365, and to embracing all the opportunity this new year has to offer✨.

𝕃𝕖𝕥’𝕤 𝔾𝕖𝕥 𝕀𝕥…

This year has definitely had many ups & downs and I’m happy to see that at least one of my 2021 goals was fulfilled - that of becoming a licensed Realtor.

In a short period of time, this industry has reiterated the importance of goal planning to me. Even in these crazy circumstances the world is facing, having any kind of goal for your future self is so healthy and beneficial!

~ pushes yourself
