Successful Work Permit approval.

Work Permit Approval supported by LMIA

This is for an Indian national who has an LMIA for an administrative assistant. The application was submitted in April 2022. The applicant was advised by many agents, and other family members in India, that the application would not be approved.

One of the big problems in many countries is the use of ‘agents’, who claim to be qualified Consultants or Lawyers. Many clients fall into the trap of paying money in return for false promises.

Since the beginning of the year, we have received numerous enquiries about IRCC processing times, and further, whether or not visitor visas are actually being processed.
