July Brings New Opportunities for Langley Condo Buyers
July brought some notable shifts in our Langley market—condo sales saw a 22% decline, while Fraser Valley condos dipped by 21.9%. Single-family home sales in Langley also dropped by 11.2%, though townhouses experienced a slight 1.2% uptick. On the pricing side, we saw decreases across the board: single-family homes down 6.2%, townhouses down 4.9%, and condos down 9%. These changes reflect broader economic factors and softer demand.
