An interesting article about evictions for personal use - I don't completely agree with the tone of the article, but it's an interesting read.
In my opinion these types of eviction applications are being more closely scrutinized because of this trend. Overall it's important for tenants to know their rights and landlords to know the rules. If you're not sure where you stand it's always a good idea to come in for a consultation!
