I am humbled by the lovely testimonial I received from a client whose home I recently sold, and I would love to share that with you! I feel so blessed!

TESTIMONIAL:
"The Extra Mile Realty is the perfect title for this real Estate company. My husband and I have bought and sold numerous properties, but never before were we so well taken care of as we were this time, with The Extra Mile.

Leona goes above and beyond her real estate duties. She supports every aspect that is involved with real estate transactions. It’s fairly simple: she cares, and her concern turns into action. Her professionalism is only comparable to her compassion for the stress that is often a part of buying and selling property. We would highly recommend Leona and The Extra Mile Realty.

Plus, she has a hidden gem with her husband, Neil."

Big Shout Out To My Clients Charlene and Robin! You were wonderful to work with!

Have a fantastic day, everyone!

March's Real Estate Statistics:
Year over Year!

The average sale price of a single-family home increased in some counties and decreased in others, as you'll see below.
Spring is here, and it's a great time of year to sell your property!

Currently, there are 391 Single-family homes for sale in the South Shore area. As the months progress, more and more homes will come on the market, which means your competition will become greater, and buyers will have more options. That's one big reason to list in the Spring. Less competition often translates into a higher sale price and quicker sale time.

If you'd like a professional opinion of your property's worth, feel free to contact me. I'd be happy to provide that to you free of cost and even help guide you on how to increase your property's value right now.

Have a blessed day!

🔑 First-time buyer? Avoid these common mistakes: skipping pre-approval, underestimating closing costs, and falling for the “perfect” home without checking the neighborhood. A smart strategy now = fewer regrets later. 🏡✅
