Year on year the Canadian national housing market looked weak in July with a continuation of declining average prices.

Under the surface however we can see that the national data is distorted by population heavy Southern Ontario and British Columbia. Other than those areas housing prices continue be strong across the country.

In Brandon I'm still seeing a strong seller's market with lots of competition for quality listings.
