Ontario PNP Sent 755 New PR-Invites In The Latest Draw!

Today, OINP Draw (Ontario PNP) invited 755 Express Entry Profiles under skilled trades stream. Candidates having Express Entry CRS score of 310 and above were sent the Notification of Interests (NOIs). This draw removed upper cap of CRS score for the first time; although, lower range of CRS cut off increased by 15 points as compared to last skilled trades draw on May 26.

Profiles created between July 14, 2021 – July 14, 2022 were considered for this draw. Furthermore, skilled trades stream has invited 4,645 Express Entry Profiles in total this year. You can find the list of invited NOCs (National Occupation Classification) in the later part of this article.

Focus has shifted to PNP (Provincial Nominee Programs), rather than relying solely on Express Entry. This is because of high CRS cut off in recently resumed Express Entry All Program Draw.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!!

To all people who want to Sponsor their family or friends, please do not send your documents or invitation letters to unregulated agents in India. The chances are that you are not inviting just one but maybe 10 more people unknowingly. It's better if you hire a consultant in Canada and refer your relatives and friends to them.

Fraudulent invitations are being sold in India worth millions just to get Canadian TRV. Recently, CBSA contacted my client who has not invited even a single person from India; to convey that there are 9 invitations in his name and several people have applied for Canadian Visitor visa on the basis of his Sponsorship. Since he is my client, CBSA found that all letters carried my attestation. I contacted CBSA and found that someone has forged my client's as well as my signatures and designation to create such invitation letters. This is not our case but there are several people who don't even know whether half of the population who has entered Canada was based on their Invitation Letter.

Long story short- When Canadians invite anyone from India, they must not send sponsorship letters to non-regulated agents overseas because they collect information and documentation of Canadians and further create fake letters in the name of the Same Sponsor for people who are ready to spend millions for Canadian Visitor Visa.

For all fraudulent agents, there's a special team of CBSA in Ontario which particularly investigates such matters and such people are further banned from entering Canada. Over-smartness works but not always.

Further in Practice We have stopped attesting sponsorship letters and whosoever wants to invite their friends or relatives, we will be processing their Visitor Visa application by ourselves.
