Kim is a lifelong Clarington and Marmora resident who has been helping families buy and sell real estate in this amazing community for over 15 years. This passion has lead her to develop our own in-house staging brand in 2017 – Studio K (formerly Ready, Set, Staged). Since then, we have staged dozens and dozens of clients’ homes for the market with a focus on creating a “WOW” first impression for potential buyers. These days, when Kim isn’t fluffing throw pillows, selling homes, finding delicious butter tarts on her real estate adventures or searching her clients’ dream homes, you can find her enjoying quality time with her family , spending time at the cottage, or with her Aussies, Dallas and Montana.
