2024 Annual Meeting of Members

The UFPCC wishes to announce that this years Annual Meeting of Members will be held on 10 June 2024 at 7.30pm, via computer.

Any active member of the corporation wishing to attend the meeting must pre-register with Graeme Turrell at [email protected], to receive the link to the meeting.

At this meeting the applicants for Director will be acclaimed, as no other applicants applied.

The UFPCC is still seeking interested parties who wish to become involved with the Board.

We will be voting to ratify our new By-Law which can be found on our website in the News section. The By-Law creates a new class of members, Director Members, these people are former active members (Retired) and other who have applied to become directors but were ineligible to vote under the old By-Law. It also allows a limited number of non-members to be appointed to the board.

Other items will include the appointment of our Corporate Lawyer, our Audit and Directors and Officers Insurance.

Members are reminded that the application deadline for bursaries is fast approaching. Applications can be obtained from Graeme Turrell @ [email protected] .

New Application Deadline

Due to the recent changes COVID has made to our education system and our daily lives, the UFPCC Board have decided to move the deadline for applications to the UFPCC Bursary Fund to 11:59pm August 1, 2020.
