As Olympus continues to grow, we’ve been growing our team as well. We’d like to introduce you guys to Christina!

This is Christina. A Portuguese Italian proud mother of two and dedicated wife. She is embracing the small town living after growing up in Mississauga. Raising her children, Dog (Lex) and flock of chickens by the Trent River where she enjoys fishing as a true Portuguese women. She has a degree in Human Resources and a diploma in Hospitality Management from . Her experience with AirBNB management and the Hospitality industry is an added value to our growing organization.

During her spare time Christina can be found crafting and drinking Caesars and she is looksing forward to reconnecting with her love of crossfit 💪

We take time to plan on Fridays. We’re committed to turning our visions into reality, but this takes serious planning and thought. We’ve been putting in time to build out our back end systems to replicate and scale successful ex*****ons like the one in this picture.

We’re aiming to break into the larger multifamily space in the next few months, building on the experience we’re gaining on our mixed used building, over $2M of renovation spend over many projects and strong area expertise.

We're value-add investors. That means we're always looking to improve the value of any asset we acquire. We look for many things when assessing a property, but ultimately we ask ourselves 3 questions:

1) Is it in a good location? Is it near amenities, schools, jobs & transport?
2) Is there immediate opportunity for increasing value? Can we add a second unit, or renovate strategically?
3) Is there future opportunity for increasing value down the line? (Think high density zoning, large land lots etc)

You can see this manifested in a lot of what we own - either properties zoned for higher density than current state, large lots for future development or empty land. We're always trying to think of future plays for ourselves and our investors.

Would you believe this is the same place?

This project definitely challenged our creativity to get around this cinder block wall, structural issues and a wind storm blowing the roof off, but it turned our great in the end. With fully split utilities, laundry capability, and some nice windows throughout, this 2 bedroom basement unit will serve our new tenant well.

This was also fun as we got to work with partners, and on this one.

Next steps will be to finish our appraisals and wrap up the books, but we're feeling good as we definitely "added value" to this one 😅
