Listings Up 16.5% year over year. I expect this trend to continue as people continue to struggle with our current higher interest rate environment and preplanning for future mortgage renewals at higher rates that people may not be able to afford. Supply will continue to increase, which will continue to facilitate a drop in values.

I still enjoy cutting the grass at this property. This was my first legal duplex conversion. The project Came with a lot of challenges but a lot of rewards as well! I still actively manage this property and after a rough couple years filled with tenant turnover, I now have fantastic tenants in both units. Even with high real estate prices good opportunities exist in multi unit homes.
