Fifteen years isn’t just a career; it’s a craft. It’s not a job, it’s who I am.
Most people clock out at five and head home to unwind, but for me, this is a seven day a week commitment that starts early and often stretches long into the night. People see the closed deals and the sold signs, but they don’t see the months of work behind the scenes, the out of pocket investments, or the moments where the only return is the satisfaction of getting it done right.
Real estate is about more than just property. It’s about navigating people’s lives, their families, and their deepest stresses. It’s being the one who shows up to move furniture, fix the plumbing, or simply listen to the fears and frustrations that come with such a massive transition.
It’s about being the steady hand when a client is emotional, and then sharing the tears of joy when their dream finally becomes a reality.
Behind the scenes, it’s about choosing to set aside your own exhaustion and burnout because your clients deserve your best, no matter what. It’s about doing whatever is required to deliver, not just because you have to, but because you take pride in being the person they can rely on.
This is the reality of the work, and I wouldn’t trade it. There is a deep reward in building futures and creating new beginnings for the people who trust me with their most important assets
