📊 July 2026 Local Real Estate Market Update

Here’s a look at what happened in our local market during July across New Tecumseth and Adjala Tosorontio.

There were some interesting differences between the two areas this month. New Tecumseth saw more homes sell compared to July 2025, while the number of new listings was down. In Adjala Tosorontio, we saw an increase in both new listings and homes sold.

Average prices were also lower than this time last year in both areas, while homes in New Tecumseth spent about the same amount of time on the market.

As always, local market statistics tell only part of the story. What matters most can vary significantly from one neighbourhood and property to another.
