COTRA LAW ASSISTS PYTHAGORAS MUSIC FUND IN THE ACQUISITION OF CLOWN MUSIC NV

CoTra Law advised Pythagoras Music Fund on the acquisition of the shares of Clown Music NV, a Belgian company that owns song catalogues of, among others, Johnny Hoes, Doe Maar and Eddy Wally.

Pythagoras Music Fund is a Dutch investment fund that acquires music rights worldwide, with a focus on continental Europe. With the acquisitions of Clown Music NV, the fund realised its second acquisition in Belgium and acquired song catalogues with songs by, among others, , and .

The transaction team at CoTra Law assisted in drafting the transaction documents, conducting the negotiations and successfully closing these transactions.

CoTra Law advised Pythagoras Music Fund in a transaction relating to the acquisition of the shares of H.K.M. Records NV, Belgian companies that own the song catalogues of Hans Kusters.

hashtag is a Dutch investment fund that acquires music rights worldwide, with a focus on continental Europe. With the acquisitions of H.K.M. Records NV, the fund realised its first acquisition in Belgium and acquired song catalogues with songs by, among others, hashtag and hashtag .

CoTra Law has assisted the buyers in the acquisition of all shares in Nuvodent BV.

Nüvodent Dental Clinic (Tandartsenpraktijk) is a modern dental clinic based in Antwerp, specialising in general and aesthetic dentistry. The practice offers high-quality dental care with a strong focus on digital dentistry, including 3D scanning, aesthetic restorations and advanced implantology.

COTRA LAW ASSISTS THE SHAREHOLDERS OF TRANSPORT GOOSSENS IN THE SALE OF THEIR SHARES TO WAAGNATIE (COMMODITY CENTRE) GROUP

CoTra Law has assisted the shareholders of Transport Goossens in the sale of their shares to Waagnatie (Commodity Centre) group.

Transport Goossens is a Belgian transport company with years of experience in national and international (road)transport. The family business was founded in 1990 and since then it has offered its customers a reliable partner for the transport of goods from the port of Antwerp to the Benelux countries, France and Germany. Transport Goossens was taken over by Waagnatie (Commodity Centre) group, a logistics group that specializes in customs documents, container handling, storage, transport and distribution.

CoTra's transaction team assisted both parties (as counsel to the deal) both in drafting the transaction documents and in conducting the negotiations and the successful closing of this transaction.

CoTra Law heeft de aandeelhouders van Transport Goossens begeleid bij de verkoop van hun aandelen in Transport Goossens aan Waagnatie (Commodity Centre) groep.

Transport Goossens is een Belgische transportfirma met jarenlange ervaring in het nationaal en internationaal goederentransport over de weg. Het familiebedrijf werd opgericht in 1990 en biedt zijn klanten sindsdien een betrouwbare partner voor het transport van goederen van de haven van Antwerpen naar de Benelux, Frankrijk en Duitsland.

Transport Goossens werd overgenomen door Waagnatie (Commodity Centre) groep, een logistieke groep die zich toespitst op douanedocumenten, containerbehandeling, opslag, transport en distributie.

CoTra Law assisted the shareholders of Van Vaeck NV and VVNT NV with the sale of their shares in both companies to the Belgian Icomet Group.

Van Vaeck and VVNT are Belgian companies with a long history in the safe market.
The Icomet Group is a Belgian industrial group that specialises in high-security joinery and integrated security solutions.

To ensure continuity and the transfer of know-how, the selling shareholders will remain actively involved in the Icomet Group for an extended period.

CoTra Law has assisted the shareholders of Maison Vervloet in the sale of their shares to the Belgian based Prado group.

Maison Vervloet is a Brussels-born master of luxurious brass and bronze hardware. Maison Vervloet started its activities in 1905 and has, since then, become a world reference in luxury door handles and k***s.

Prado (founded in 2020 by Thibault Renson) is a Belgian innovative manufacturer of invisible home technology.
