CLAIDBD has drafted this petition to be submitted in the UK for one of our respected concern as he is banned for 10 years by the UK Immigration. We succeeded on this matter.

Subject: Administrative Review Petition - Entry Clearance Application Refusal
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally request an administrative review of the decision to refuse my entry clearance application as a Skilled Worker (Health and Care) Migrant under Appendix Skilled Worker of the Immigration Rules of the United Kingdom. The refusal is based on the assertion that the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) submitted with reference number C2G4G01347Y is not genuine, leading to a rejection under 9.7.2 of the Immigration Rules.
I fully acknowledge the seriousness of the situation and wish to clarify that I am not contesting the decision to refuse my application based on the alleged falsification of the CoS. However, I would like to present additional information and request reconsideration on the automatic 10-year refusal period imposed under 9.8.1 (a), (b), and 9.8.7 (f) of the Immigration Rules.
My ground for this appeal is as follows:

What Happened:
A Bangladeshi named Mohammed Anwar Husain 07944771391 lives in UK, he is known to me, I told him to put me in touch with a good company, after a few days a person introduced himself as an official of Cambridgeshire And Peterborough Nhs Foundation Trust and took my interview for a few minutes and on that same day A well-dressed gentleman mr Russel kudakwashe sent me to my number (mobile number) on WhatsApp from 00447909350802 and told me to give the contract of employment offer letter to the company at [email protected] . gave the number and asked to contact. When I emailed the company, as they said, they did not reply. I have submitted a copy of that email with my application.

1. CoS Authenticated by Mr. Russel kudakwashe with reference by Muhammad Anwar Hussain: I obtained the Certificate of Sponsorship from two individuals based in the UK, namely Muhammad Anwar Hussain and Mr. Russel kudakwashe. I firmly believe in the authenticity of the document as provided by them. If there are concerns regarding the validity of the CoS, I request a thorough investigation into the conduct of Muhammad Anwar Hussain and Nick Jones, who are the alleged sponsors. If the document is indeed found to be falsified, I agree to the refusal of my application, but appeal for the withdrawal of the 10-year refusal period.
Request for Administrative Review:
I kindly request an administrative review of my case based on the information provided above. I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the immigration process, and I am committed to complying with all regulations. However, I believe that a fair examination of the circumstances surrounding the alleged falsification of the CoS and the involvement of Muhammad Anwar Hussain and Mr. Russel kudakwashe is necessary to ensure a just outcome.

I have given all the details of those persons with my application. I am willing to cooperate fully with any additional inquiries or provide any necessary documentation to support the review process. I appreciate your attention to this matter and request a prompt and thorough consideration of my administrative review petition.

CLAIDBD has announced on the online social platform about the importance of online filing of tax returns. Now, NBR has made it mandatory.

NBR makes online income tax return mandatory for those who will get an exemption.

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has made it mandatory for all individual taxpayers, except certain taxpayers, to file income tax returns online from today, Monday. However, this obligation has been relaxed for four categories of individuals.
A special order in this regard was issued on Sunday (August 3). It was signed by the Internal Resources Department (IRD) Secretary and the NBR Chairman, Md. Abdur Rahman Khan.

It is said that the National Board of Revenue has issued this order from August 4 for the tax year 2025-2026 under the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 328 of the Income Tax Act, 2023. It has been made mandatory for all natural person taxpayers, except senior taxpayers aged 65 years or above, physically disabled or special needs taxpayers (subject to submission of certificates), Bangladeshi taxpayers residing abroad, and legal representatives on behalf of deceased taxpayers, to file income tax returns online (www.etaxnbr.gov.bd).

However, it is stated as a condition that senior taxpayers above 65 years of age, special needs taxpayers, Bangladeshi taxpayers residing abroad, and legal representatives on behalf of deceased taxpayers can file returns online if they wish.
If any natural person taxpayer is unable to file returns online due to any problem related to registration in the e-return system, then they can apply to the concerned Excise Commissioner by October 31, citing proper reasons. After that, they can file paper-based returns with the approval of the concerned Additional or Joint Commissioner of Taxes.

Earlier, interest among taxpayers in online returns has been observed. In the last tax year, when online return filing was made mandatory for individual taxpayers in certain areas, officers and employees of all banks in the country, and employees of some multinational companies, more than 1.7 million taxpayers participated in this process.

Currently, taxpayers can pay income tax and file returns from home using various mobile financial services, including bank transfer, debit or credit card, bKash, Rocket, and Nagad. In case of any problem in filing returns online, the NBR provides services through various electronic channels including a call center for immediate assistance.
