শেনজেন (Schengen) ভুক্ত দেশগুলোর মধ্যে বর্তমানে বেশ কয়েকটি দেশ বিভিন্ন খাতের জন্য ওয়ার্ক পারমিট দিচ্ছে। তবে বাংলাদেশীদের জন্য কোন দেশটি সবচেয়ে ভালো হবে, তা নির্ভর করে আপনার শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা এবং আর্থিক সামর্থ্যের ওপর।

নিচে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হলো যে কোন দেশগুলোতে বর্তমানে বেশি ওয়ার্ক পারমিট হচ্ছে এবং সবদিক বিবেচনায় বাংলাদেশীদের জন্য সেরা পছন্দ কোনটি হতে পারে:

১. বর্তমানে কোন দেশগুলোতে বেশি ওয়ার্ক পারমিট হচ্ছে?
বর্তমানে শেনজেন ভুক্ত কয়েকটি দেশ তীব্র কর্মী সংকটের কারণে বেশ বড় সংখ্যায় ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ইস্যু করছে:

ইতালি (Italy): কৃষি, আতিথেয়তা (হসপিটালিটি) এবং নির্মাণ খাতে প্রতি বছরই ইতালি 'স্পন্সরশিপ ভিসা' বা সিজনাল/নন-সিজনাল ওয়ার্ক পারমিট দিয়ে থাকে। বাংলাদেশীদের মধ্যে এই ভিসার চাহিদা সবচেয়ে বেশি।

জার্মানি (Germany): ২০২৩-২৪ সাল থেকে চালু হওয়া নতুন 'সুযোগ কার্ড' (Opportunity Card) এবং দক্ষ কর্মী আইনের মাধ্যমে জার্মানি আইটি, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, নার্সিং এবং বিভিন্ন কারিগরি (Skilled) খাতে প্রচুর ওয়ার্ক পারমিট দিচ্ছে।

ক্রোয়েশিয়া ও রোমানিয়া (Croatia & Romania): শেনজেনের নতুন এই সদস্য দেশগুলোতে বর্তমানে সাধারণ বা আধা-দক্ষ (Semi-skilled) কর্মী যেমন—ড্রাইভার, কনস্ট্রাকশন ওয়ার্কার, হোটেল স্টাফ ও ফ্যাক্টরি ওয়ার্কার হিসেবে প্রচুর বাংলাদেশী যাওয়ার সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন।

স্পেন ও পর্তুগাল (Spain & Portugal): এই দেশগুলোতে সরাসরি বাংলাদেশ থেকে ওয়ার্ক পারমিট পাওয়া একটু কঠিন হলেও, কৃষি এবং সেবা খাতে বেশ কিছু লোক নিয়োগ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

২. সবদিক বিবেচনায় বাংলাদেশীদের জন্য কোন দেশটি সবচেয়ে ভালো?
যদি আপনি দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ভবিষ্যৎ, বৈধ হওয়ার সুযোগ, আয় এবং সামাজিক নিরাপত্তার কথা চিন্তা করেন, তবে দুটি ক্যাটাগরিতে সেরা দেশগুলো বেছে নেওয়া যায়:

ক) দক্ষ পেশাদারদের জন্য সেরা: জার্মানি (Germany)
আপনার যদি শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (কমপক্ষে স্নাতক) এবং নির্দিষ্ট কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকে, তবে জার্মানি আপনার জন্য সেরা অপশন।

সুবিধা: ইউরোপের বৃহত্তম অর্থনীতি। আইটি, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ও মেডিকেল পেশায় বেতন আকাশচুম্বী। মাত্র কয়েক বছর কর (Tax) দেওয়ার পর স্থায়ীভাবে বসবাসের সুযোগ (PR) পাওয়া যায়।

চ্যালেঞ্জ: জার্মান ভাষা শেখা প্রায় বাধ্যতামূলক এবং ঢাকাস্থ জার্মান এম্বেসির অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট পাওয়া বেশ সময়সাপেক্ষ।

খ) সাধারণ বা আধা-দক্ষ কর্মীদের জন্য সেরা: পর্তুগাল বা ইতালি
যাঁদের প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা বা উচ্চতর দক্ষতা কিছুটা কম, তাঁদের জন্য পর্তুগাল এবং ইতালি সবচেয়ে সুবিধাজনক।

বিশেষ করে পর্তুগাল কেন এগিয়ে?
পর্তুগালে যদি আপনি যেকোনো সাধারণ কাজের ওয়ার্ক পারমিট বা অন্য কোনো বৈধ উপায়ে প্রবেশ করতে পারেন, তবে সেখানে বৈধ হওয়া (Immigration Papers পাওয়া) এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর নাগরিকত্ব পাওয়া ইউরোপের অন্যান্য দেশের তুলনায় অনেক সহজ। সেখানকার আবহাওয়া এবং প্রবাসী বাংলাদেশীদের কমিউনিটিও বেশ বড় ও সহযোগিতাপূর্ণ।

গ) সহজে এবং কম খরচে প্রবেশ করতে চাইলে: **ক্রোয়েশিয়া বা রোমানিয়া**
বর্তমানে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের বিকল্প হিসেবে এই দেশগুলোর ভিসা সহজে হচ্ছে।

সুবিধা: এম্বেসির কড়াকড়ি জার্মানি বা ফ্রান্সের চেয়ে কম। এন্ট্রি লেভেলের কাজের জন্য ভালো। যেহেতু এরা নতুন শেনজেন ভুক্ত হয়েছে, তাই এখান থেকে ভবিষ্যতে অন্য উন্নত শেনজেন দেশে যাওয়ার পথ তৈরি হয়।

চ্যালেঞ্জ: জার্মানি বা ইতালির তুলনায় বেতন বেশ কম।

⚠️ কিছু জরুরি সতর্কতা (বাংলাদেশী আবেদনকারীদের জন্য)
১. দালাল বা এজেন্টের প্রতারণা: ইউরোপের ওয়ার্ক পারমিটের নামে বাংলাদেশে প্রচুর প্রতারণা হয়। কোনো এজেন্টকে টাকা দেওয়ার আগে নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিন আপনার ওয়ার্ক পারমিটটি আসল কি না (অনলাইনে যাচাই করা যায়)।

২. এম্বেসি অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট জটিলতা: ঢাকাতে ইতালি বা জার্মানির মতো এম্বেসিগুলোতে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট স্লট পাওয়া এখন বেশ কঠিন এবং দীর্ঘ প্রক্রিয়ার বিষয়। তাই সঠিক কাগজপত্র তৈরি করে ধৈর্য ধরে চেষ্টা করতে হবে।

৩. ভুয়া ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট এড়িয়ে চলুন: শেনজেন এম্বেসিগুলো এখন ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট অত্যন্ত কড়াকড়িভাবে যাচাই করে। কোনো ভুয়া ডকুমেন্ট দিলে ভিসা আজীবনের জন্য রিজেক্ট হতে পারে।

সারসংক্ষেপ: আপনার যদি ভালো স্কিল থাকে, চোখ বন্ধ করে জার্মানির চেষ্টা করুন। আর যদি সাধারণ কাজ ও সহজে স্থায়ী হওয়ার কথা চিন্তা করেন, তবে পর্তুগাল বা ইতালি আপনার জন্য সবচেয়ে ভালো হবে।

SPAIN VISA CHECKLIST

Important information for all applicants:

1. Intended date of travel to the Schengen territory:
2. Between your date of application and date of travel to Spain, do you intend to travel to any other country? If yes, please specify

3. Have you been informed by the BLS staff about the stipulated processing time?
4. Do you wish to continue with your application despite the indicated stipulated processing time? Minimum documentation for all visa categories:

Passport:
□ Valid for at least 3 months beyond the stay in Spain with two blank pages.
□ Not older than 10 years when applying for a visa.
□ With at least 2 blank pages.
□ Photocopies of all the pages of the current
□ Old passport (if any).

For minor applicants:
□ In case the minor is travelling with either of the parents, an affidavit from the other parent.
□ Photocopy of the passport for both parents.
□ In case the minor is travelling with another person, an affidavit from both parents.

Photographs:
□ 3 recent photographs; Size: 4.5cmx3.5 cm
□ Not more than 6 months old
□ With a white background.

Visa application form for Schengen Visa:
□ Either filled in with a blue pen or printed online.
□ Must bear the original signatures of the applicant on page 3 (field no. 37) and page
□ 4. Two photocopies of the duly filled application form.

Covering letter from the applicant:
□ Purpose of travel
□ Dates of travel.
□ All cover letters must include details of any other accompanying persons as well. This includes family members, friends or business associates travelling for the same purpose
Travel Insurance Policy:
□ Issued by an insurance company as per the EU guidelines.
□ Valid for at least 15 days from the date of return.
□ Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros or $50,000
□ Sworn declaration for travel insurance signed by the applicant.

Travel itineraries:
□ Hotel accommodation.
□ Confirmed return flight tickets.

Proof of economic means: the Salary slips for the last six months.
□ Original bank statement of the applicant for the last three months.
□ Income tax returns (ITR-V) for the last three years.
□ Copy of PAN card of the applicant (if available).

Authorisation letter in favour of BLS International.
□ Signed by the applicant.
□ In case of minor applicants, signed by BOTH parents.

For business visas:
□ Invitation letter from the Spanish company in the Spanish language or both in English and Spanish. Letters issued only in English will not be accepted. This will be an obligatory requirement
□ Support letter from the company

For minor applicants:
□ Application form signed by both parents
□ Passport copies of parents in case of minor applicants.
□ No objection affidavit from parents in case the minor applicant is travelling with the other parent.
□ No objection affidavit from BOTH parents in case the minor applicant is travelling with a legal guardian.
□ Financial documents of parents must be accompanied by a photocopy of the parents’ passports.

Documents for family Visit:
□ Original Invitation before “Policia Nacional” in case of a family or friend visit. (1 photocopy)
□ Attested copy of the passport, the DNI, or the residence card of the person living in Spain.

Documents for Students:
□ Invitation Letter from Spanish University/Institute - Admission Confirmation Letter.
□ Transactions of the fee payment.
□ Proof of sufficient economic means. Financial documents of parents must be accompanied by a photocopy of the parents’ passports and a letter of responsibility

Documents for Seaman:
□ Original letter from the local shipping agents
□ Original letter from the shipping agents in Spain.
□ Continuous discharge book and photocopy of the same.
□ Flight reservations.
□ “Anejo II: Impreso para marinos en tránsito sujetos a la obligación de visados” issued by “El puesto fronterizo del puerto” duly filled and stamped by the competent authorities.

Note: The above is not an exhaustive list of documentation. The applicant can be requested to submit additional documents or may be called for an Interview (if required) by the embassy. The visa fee, according to Schengen regulations, is non-refundable. All original documents must always be accompanied by at least one photocopy of the same.
