We are very happy to share that one of our very first clients MD Moshiul Haque has been granted patent for his invention named “ A system and process for video streaming through open source or camera”. So far IPRCC has assisted his company “Peep the Place” to obtain over 10 copyright and Trade Mark registration along with the patent grant.

সম্প্রতি আমাদের সিইও দেওয়ান তাওহীদা অন্তরা বেলজিয়ামের ইউরোপিয়ান পেটেন্ট অফিস (EPO) এবং বেনেলাক্স অফিস ফর ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি (BOIP)-তে পর্যবেক্ষক হিসেবে ঘুরে আসার সুযোগ পান। BOIP বেনেলাক্স ইউনিয়নের দেশগুলোর ট্রেডমার্ক এবং ডিজাইন নিবন্ধনের প্রধান সংস্থা, এবং EPO ইউরোপের ৪৪টি দেশে পেটেন্ট নিবন্ধনের প্রধান কেন্দ্র।
পর্যবেক্ষক হিসেবে সরাসরি পেটেন্ট-মামলা প্রতক্ষ্য করা, ও ট্রেডমার্ক-প্রত্যাখ্যান বিষয়ক একটি আলোচনা সভায় অংশগ্রহণ করার সুযোগ পান দেওয়ান তাওহীদা। এসময় বাংলাদেশের মেধাস্বত্ব অধিকার উন্নীতকরণ নিয়ে ভবিষ্যতে IPRCC-র সাথে EPO সহযোগী ভূমিকা রাখার আশ্বাস দেন EPO দল-পরিচালক।

IPRCC is officially the first authorized organization by the Copyright Office in Bangladesh!

Represented by our CEO, Dewan Tauhida Antara , IPRCC has been certified by the Copyright Office Bangladesh, of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, as a trustworthy organization to handle the responsibilities of Copyright registration processes within Bangladesh.

As Copyright registration is relatively new to Bangladesh, IPRCC aims to fill that gap by creating awareness about protecting Intellectual Property Rights of Bangladeshi artists, writers, creators; and assisting them with our consultation services.

Our hope is that you keep us in mind as we undertake our future endeavors.
