Forum Law Partners is delighted to share that on 28 September 2025, our Partner, Mr. Ahnaf Chowdhury conducted an engaging training session on Drafting and Communication Skills, as part of the Arbitration Tribunal Secretary Training Programme organised by Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC), at the BIAC Centre in Dhaka.

The session emphasized the practical aspects of both institutional and ad-hoc arbitration in Bangladesh, aiming to equip future tribunal secretaries with the skills and confidence to navigate real-world proceedings. ⚖️

We convey our appreciation to BIAC for organising this training programme, which is a commendable initiative towards developing skilled support functions for arbitration proceedings in Bangladesh.

An insightful day at Adamjee EPZ in Narayanganj! Earlier this month, our team led by Barrister Ahnaf Chowdhury (Partner) along with F***j Rahman (Jr. Associate), and Rabeya Akter Nayna (Jr. Associate), met with officials from Ananta Apparels Ltd. and the Adamjee EPZ. The visit was part of our ongoing consultancy for The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), strengthening our collaboration and understanding to drive impactful results on EPZ Labour laws.
