বাংলাদেশী শিক্ষার্থীদের নিউজিল্যান্ডে পড়াশুনা সুযোগ

শান্তি পূর্ণ ,সামাজিক নিরাপত্তা এবং আধুনিক জীবন ব্যবস্থার দেশ নিউজিল্যান্ড। সাগর ঘেরা এই দেশ বাংলাদেশি শিক্ষার্থীদের আন্তর্জাতিক মানের পড়াশুনার জন্য একটি সম্ভবনাময়ী দেশ। পৃথিবীর যেসব দেশ নাগরিকত্ব প্রদান করে তাদের মধ্যে নিউজিল্যান্ডই একমাত্র দেশ যারা সরাসরি এবং তুলনামূলক ভাবে খুব সহজেই নাগরিকত্ব প্রদান করে থাকে। মোট আয়তনের তুলনায় জনসংখ্যা কম হওয়ার বাংলাদেশ আর মতো পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন দেশ থেকে যাওয়া যোগ্য শিক্ষার্থীদের নিউজিল্যান্ড সরকার নাগরিকত্ব প্রদান করে থাকে।বাংলাদেশের শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য খুব অল্প খরচে উন্নত মানের শিক্ষা গ্রহনের সুযোগ রয়েছে নিউজিল্যান্ডে। তাছাড়া পড়াশুনার পাশাপাশি খন্ডকালীন কাজ করতে পারে শিক্ষার্থীরা ।

নিউজিল্যান্ড উচ্চতর শিক্ষার জন্য আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীকে অবশ্যই আই ই এল টি এস (IELTS) স্কোর থাকা লাগবে। কোর্স এবং লেভেল উপর নির্ভর করে আই ই এল টি এস (IELTS)স্কোর বিবেচনা করা হয়। শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা নুন্যতম উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক অথবা সমমান এর হলে একজন শিক্ষার্থী নিউজিল্যান্ডে উচ্চ শিক্ষার জন্যে আবেদন করতে পারবে। উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক অথবা সমমান শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য আ ই এল টি এস (IELTS) স্কোর সর্বোনিম্ন ৫.৫ . স্নাতক / স্নাতকোত্তর উচ্চ শিক্ষা নিতে আ ই এল টি এস (IELTS) স্কোর ৬-৬.৫ লাগে।তাছাড়া পুলিশ ক্ল্রিয়ারেন্স ও নিউজিল্যান্ড সরকার অনুমোদিত ডাক্তার দ্বারা মেডিকেল রিপোর্ট ভিসা আবেদনের সাথে জমা দিতে হয়। মনে রাখতে হবে যে নিউজিল্যান্ডে অধিক বিরতি কোনো ভাবেই গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। কোন শিক্ষার্থীর পড়াশুনাই বিরতি থাকলে তাকে অবশ্যই যথাযথ কারণ এবং প্রমানপত্র দেখাতে হয়। একজন শিক্ষার্থী নিউজিল্যান্ড পড়াশুনার জন্য যেতে সর্ব মোট ১২-১৩ লক্ষ টাকা খরচ হয়। তবে শিক্ষার্থীকে তার অথবা তার পরিবারের (বাবা, মা, ভাই, বোন) এর বাংক হিসাবে ২৫-৩০ লক্ষ টাকা দেখাত হয়। তবে মনে রাখতে হবে যে শুধু টাকা দেখালেই হবেনা টাকার উৎস ,সরকারি কর ও অন্যান্য কাগজ পত্র দেখাতে হবে।

নিউজিল্যান্ডে এক বছর বা দেড় বছর পড়াশুনা করার পর একজন শিক্ষার্থী এক বছরের জন্য চাকুরী খোঁজার অনুমতি পায়।যে বিষয়ে পড়াশুনা করেছে সেই বিষয়ের উপর যেকোনো একটি চাকুরী পেলেই দুই বছরের পূর্ণ সময় কাজ করার অনুমতি প্রদান করে নিউজিল্যান্ড সরকার। মোট চার থেকে সাড়ে চার বছরের মধ্যে দুই বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা হলেই নাগরিকত্তের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবে।যেকোন শিক্ষার্থী নিজেই স্টুডেন্ট ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারে। তবে ভিসা আবেদন পদ্ধতি জটিল হবার কারণে ভুলভ্রান্থীর সম্ভবনা থাকে। যেহেতু বাংলাদেশে নিউজিল্যান্ড এর দুতাবাস নেই সেক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষার্থীকে ইন্ডিয়াতে অবস্থিত নিউজিল্যান্ড দুতাবাসে আবেদনপত্র সহ প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজ পত্র টি টি (TT) সার্ভিস এর মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে হয়। কাগজ পত্রের সত্যতা যাচাই করতে বি এন জেড ই এফ (BNZEF) অথবা নিউজিল্যান্ড সরকার অনুমোদিত স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা ইমিগ্রেশন অ্যাডভাইযার সাহায্য নিতে হয়, উভয় ক্ষেত্রে ফি ১৬ হাজার থেকে ২০ হাজার টাকা লাগে।

বাংলাদেশে স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা পরামর্শ দাতা অনেক কোম্পানি এবং এজেন্সি গড়ে উঠেছে যারা শিক্ষার্থীদের ভুল পরামর্শ ও তথ্য দিচ্ছে। ভিসা দেবার নাম করে তারা লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকা হাতিয়ে নিচ্ছে এবং ভবিষৎ জীবন বিপদ গ্রস্থ করে ফেলছে। বিস্তারিত জানতে আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীদের নিম্নোক্ত কাগজ পত্র সহ আমাদের অফিসে আসার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
