We are looking for a suitable and motivated lawyer to handle lower court litigation matters. If you are proactive, reliable, and ready to work with a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.

✅ Eligibility (Mandatory)
• Enlistment with the Bangladesh Bar Council is a must.
• Experience in handling bank-related or financial institution cases is preferred.

📌 Work Requirements (Based on standard panel lawyer duties)
• Appear and conduct cases before District & Sessions Judge Courts, Magistrate Courts, and other lower courts.
• Handle cases under:
◦ Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Section 138, etc.)
◦ Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003 (Money Loan Suits)
◦ Civil Suits (Title Suits, Money Suits, Mortgage Suits)
◦ Criminal cases (Sections 406/420/467/468/471 of Penal Code)
◦ Miscellaneous cases, Revisions, Appeals, Injunction/Attachment petitions
• Visit banks / financial institutions as required and collect case files, documents, and assignments given by those institutions.
• Draft Vokalatinama, affidavits, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal opinions as required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and loyalty to the firm’s clients.
• Submit monthly case status reports.
• Not accept any brief against the firm’s clients or defaulting borrowers.

Important Notes
• Qualification based salary.
• You must be able to give an undertaking on non-judicial stamp (Tk. 300) regarding conflict of interest and confidentiality.

📍 Work Location
• Lower courts in Dhaka and Chamber in Kakrail (initially).
• May extend to other districts based on case assignment.
