The Head of Chamber, Barrister Nawroz M R Chowdhury, Deputy Attorney General for Bangladesh, has expressed his opinion on the interim order and directions of the High Court Division of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of its own motion with regard to the four children accused of r**e in Barisal.
