প্রতি ক্যালেন্ডার বছরে অবশ্যই কোম্পানির বার্ষিক রিটার্ন একজন আইনজীবীর মাধ্যমে RJSC-তে জমা দিতে হবে।

প্রথম AGM কোম্পানির অন্তর্ভুক্তির তারিখের বা Date of Certificate of Incorporation এর 18 মাসের মধ্যেই হতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে 15 মাসের বেশি সময় অতিবাহিত করা যাবে না৷

Company's annual return must be submitted by lawyer to RJSC every calendar year . An Annual General Meeting must be held as per provisions. The AGM must be conducted within 18 months of the company date of incorporation, after which 15 months can't elapse between one AGM and the next.

সময়মতো কোম্পানির বাৎসরিক রিটার্ন জমা দিয়ে অযথা জরিমানা দেয়া বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
