Following the hearing of the appeal filed by one of the Death-Convict-Appellant in the much-discussed case in Feni, the Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh acquitted that Convict-Appellant from all charges. At the same time, the Hon’ble Court cautioned the learned Sessions Judge who had delivered the impugned judgment.
