Thank you to everyone who attended the training and made some fruitful connections throughout the day. We hope attendees learned something new which will help them work as a welfare officer in a more professional manner, it gave them the complete idea about their job and help them improve their skills.
It was a day-long training on Welfare Officer Job Responsibility & Grievance Mechanism for the Welfare Officers who are the bridge between workers and management. If a facility has a well-trained Welfare officer who knows their daily job, their responsibility and know how to conduct training and provided counseling and proper advice to workers, only then workers will be able to work in harmony.
Special Thanks to Lead Facilitator Mr. Khawaja Saifullah who has conducted more than 300 training on various subjects both home and abroad.
