4. ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট
বিনিয়োগের তথ্য:
1. D.P.S (যদি থাকে)
2. Insurance Certificate (যদি থাকে).
3. Share Market Investment (যদি থাকে)
4. (সঞ্চয় পত্র - যদি থাকে)

1. House, Apartment (যদি নিজ নামে থাকে)
