In order to streamline, unify and standardize its Halal certification procedure and operation all over India, Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, the largest and the oldest Indian Muslims NGO, established Registered Trust named as Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind Halal Trust. It has a distinct & uniform Patented Halal logo, seal and standard certification format. It is accredited by JAKIM malaysia and its name appears on their website - www.halal.gov.my JUH has been certifying Halal food products including Food processing Industries, Non-food processing industries, abattoirs for long both for the domestic and overseas export markets across the globe. Middle East, Malaysia, Africa and other Muslim countries. In fact it was the only Halal certification authority in India, acceptable to the importer clients, suppliers and the Muslim consumers at large due to its wide spread network, high reputation and religious credibility and integrity. Since the abattoirs and factories engaged in processing and export of food products are widely spread apart by thousands of miles from north to south and west to east Halal certification was carried out by its most conveniently located state and district units in Delhi, Mumbai, U.P. and Hyderabad under overall monitoring and control JUH central office in New Delhi. In order to make the industrialist capitalize best on Halal Certification Services, Jamiat Halal Trust implemented a patented logo replacing the certificates issued by various state and district units which used slightly varying logo, name, style spelling, seals and formats. Earlier it lead to apprehension that unscrupulous elements could exploit the loophole for self-aggrandizement. Therefore Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, has now created a public charitable Trust.

আলকুমাস বাংলাদেশ গর্বের সঙ্গে "নিরাপদ খাদ্য উৎপাদন ও জনস্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষায় কীটনাশক আইন পর্যালোচনা এবং কীটনাশকের যৌক্তিক ব্যবহার নিশ্চিতকরণে কৌশল প্রণয়ন" বিষয়ক বিশেষজ্ঞ কমিটির উচ্চপর্যায়ের পরামর্শ সভায় অংশগ্রহণ করেছে। আজ বাংলাদেশ কৃষি গবেষণা কাউন্সিল (BARC)-এ অনুষ্ঠিত এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সভার আয়োজন করে কৃষি সম্প্রসারণ অধিদপ্তর (DAE)।

পরামর্শ সভায় সরকারের ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তা, নীতিনির্ধারক, কৃষি বিজ্ঞানী, গবেষক, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক, উন্নয়ন সহযোগী সংস্থা এবং বেসরকারি খাতের প্রতিনিধিরা অংশগ্রহণ করেন। সভায় দেশের বিদ্যমান কীটনাশক আইন ও বিধিমালা পর্যালোচনা, নিরাপদ ও দায়িত্বশীল কীটনাশক ব্যবহারের কৌশল, নিরাপদ খাদ্য উৎপাদন, পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণ এবং জনস্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষার বিভিন্ন বিষয় নিয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আলোচনা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।

আলকুমাস বাংলাদেশের প্রতিনিধিদল সভায় সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করে এবং বিজ্ঞানভিত্তিক নীতিমালা, সমন্বিত কীটপতঙ্গ ব্যবস্থাপনা (IPM), সুষ্ঠু কৃষি অনুশীলন (Good Agricultural Practices-GAP), নিরাপদ খাদ্য ব্যবস্থা এবং টেকসই কৃষি উন্নয়নের বিষয়ে মতামত প্রদান করে। এই পরামর্শ সভা সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল অংশীজনের মধ্যে কার্যকর সহযোগিতা ও সমন্বয় জোরদারের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে ভূমিকা পালন করে।

আলকুমাস বাংলাদেশ বিশ্বাস করে যে, বিজ্ঞানসম্মত নীতিমালা, কার্যকর আইন বাস্তবায়ন এবং সকল অংশীজনের সম্মিলিত উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে নিরাপদ খাদ্য উৎপাদন, পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণ এবং জনস্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষাকে আরও শক্তিশালী করা সম্ভব।

খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা, গুণগত মান নিশ্চিতকরণ, কৃষি ও খাদ্য খাতের সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি এবং আন্তর্জাতিক মানদণ্ড অনুসরণে আলকুমাস বাংলাদেশ ভবিষ্যতেও সরকার, গবেষণা প্রতিষ্ঠান, উন্নয়ন সহযোগী এবং বেসরকারি খাতের সঙ্গে একযোগে কাজ করে যাবে।

Welcome to our two-day (16-hour ) Virtual HACCP Training Programme.

This programme is designed as a blended learning course, combining live virtual sessions with offline learning activities, group exercises, assignments, case studies, and self-study. To successfully complete the programme and qualify for the final assessment and certificate, you are required to complete the full 16 hours of training, including all online and offline activities.

To begin the programme, I would like you to complete a pre-training assessment. This assessment will help us understand your current level of knowledge and tailor the training accordingly.

খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে কীটপতঙ্গ নিয়ন্ত্রণ অপরিহার্য

কীটপতঙ্গ (Pests) খাদ্যকে দূষিত করতে পারে, স্থাপনা ও যন্ত্রপাতির ক্ষতি করতে পারে, পরিদর্শন বা অডিটে অসন্তোষজনক ফলাফলের কারণ হতে পারে, প্রতিষ্ঠানের সুনাম নষ্ট করতে পারে এবং ভোক্তাদের স্বাস্থ্যকে ঝুঁকির মধ্যে ফেলতে পারে।

কার্যকর কীটপতঙ্গ নিয়ন্ত্রণ শুরু হয় প্রতিদিনের কিছু সহজ কিন্তু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অভ্যাস থেকে:

সকল খাদ্য ও কাঁচামাল পরিষ্কার ও সিলযুক্ত পাত্রে সংরক্ষণ করুন।
রান্নাঘর ও কর্মস্থল সবসময় পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন এবং অপ্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসপত্রমুক্ত রাখুন।
দরজা, জানালা এবং অন্যান্য প্রবেশপথ বন্ধ রাখুন অথবা উপযুক্ত জালি (Screen) ব্যবহার করুন।
কীটপতঙ্গের উপস্থিতির যেকোনো লক্ষণ যেমন পোকামাকড়, ইঁদুর, মল, ডিম বা ক্ষতির চিহ্ন দেখা গেলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানান।
একটি যোগ্য ও পেশাদার কীটপতঙ্গ নিয়ন্ত্রণ সেবা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সহায়তায় সমন্বিত কীটপতঙ্গ ব্যবস্থাপনা (Integrated Pest Management - IPM) কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন ও বজায় রাখুন।

সচেতনতা, পরিচ্ছন্নতা এবং প্রতিরোধমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের মাধ্যমেই খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা, আইনগত ও মানদণ্ডের প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করা এবং ভোক্তাদের আস্থা বজায় রাখা সম্ভব।
