ঢাকা-নারিতা রুট ফের চালু বিমানের ফ্লাইট।
দীর্ঘ এক বছরেরও বেশি সময় বন্ধ থাকার পর পুনরায় চালু হয়েছে বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইন্সের ঢাকা-নারিতা সরাসরি ফ্লাইট।

সোমবার (২৭ জুলাই) রাতে হযরত শাহজালাল আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরে ঢাকা-নারিতা রুটের উদ্বোধন করেন বেসামরিক বিমান পরিবহন ও পর্যটনমন্ত্রী আফরোজা খানম।

তিনি বলেন, ভবিষ্যতে এই রুট আর বন্ধ করার প্রশ্নই আসে না। আশা করি এবার রুটটি লাভজনক হবে এবং ইতোমধ্যে উদ্বোধনী ফ্লাইটের পাশাপাশি ফিরতি ও পরবর্তী ফ্লাইটগুলোর বুকিংও সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। এতে জাপানপ্রবাসী বাংলাদেশিদের মধ্যেও ব্যাপক উৎসাহ সৃষ্টি হয়েছে।

মিট এন্ড গ্রিট অনুষ্ঠানে মন্ত্রী বলেন, আজকের ঢাকা - নারিতা ফ্লাইট আমাদের সবার সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টার ফসল। মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীর নির্দেশনা বাস্তবায়ন করতে পারে আমি অত্যন্ত আনন্দিত বোধ করছি।

মন্ত্রী আরও বলেন, ঢাকা-নারিতা সরাসরি ফ্লাইট চালুর মধ্য দিয়ে বাংলাদেশ ও জাপানের দ্বিপক্ষীয় সম্পর্ক আরও দৃঢ় হবে এবং দুই দেশের অর্থনৈতিক ও সহযোগিতার নতুন দিগন্ত উন্মোচিত হবে।

২৯ জুলাই থেকে ঢাকা-দিল্লি রুটে প্রতিদিন ফ্লাইট চালু করছে এয়ার ইন্ডিয়া।

ঢাকা ও দিল্লির মধ্যে সরাসরি আকাশপথে যোগাযোগ আরও জোরদার করতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে ভারতের রাষ্ট্রীয় বিমান সংস্থা এয়ার ইন্ডিয়া।

ঢাকা ও দিল্লির মধ্যে সরাসরি আকাশপথে যোগাযোগ আরও জোরদার করতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে ভারতের রাষ্ট্রীয় বিমান সংস্থা এয়ার ইন্ডিয়া। আগামী ২৯ জুলাই থেকে ঢাকা-দিল্লি রুটে সপ্তাহের প্রতিদিন (৭ দিন) নিয়মিত ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করবে এয়ারলাইনটি। বাংলাদেশ থেকে চিকিৎসা, ব্যবসা, শিক্ষা, পর্যটন এবং পারিবারিক বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনে ভারতে যাতায়াতকারী যাত্রীদের ক্রমবর্ধমান চাহিদার প্রেক্ষাপটে এই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সূত্র জানিয়েছে।

নতুন সময়সূচি অনুযায়ী, দিল্লি থেকে ঢাকার উদ্দেশ্যে AI 237 নম্বর ফ্লাইটটি প্রতিদিন স্থানীয় সময় সকাল ১১টা ১০ মিনিটে যাত্রা শুরু করবে এবং দুপুর ২টা ১০ মিনিটে হযরত শাহজালাল আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরে অবতরণ করবে। অন্যদিকে, ঢাকার AI 238 নম্বর ফিরতি ফ্লাইটটি প্রতিদিন বিকেল ৩টা ১০ মিনিটে ছেড়ে ভারতের স্থানীয় সময় বিকেল ৫টা ১৫ মিনিটে দিল্লিতে পৌঁছাবে। এই নতুন সূচির ফলে যাত্রীদের জন্য ভ্রমণ পরিকল্পনা আরও সহজ হবে বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে।

বিমান চলাচল খাতসংশ্লিষ্টরা বলছেন, বাংলাদেশ থেকে ভারতে যাতায়াতের চাহিদা গত কয়েক বছরে ধারাবাহিকভাবে বেড়েছে। বিশেষ করে চিকিৎসার জন্য ভারত এখনও বাংলাদেশি যাত্রীদের অন্যতম প্রধান গন্তব্য। এছাড়া উচ্চশিক্ষা, ব্যবসায়িক সফর, পর্যটন এবং আত্মীয়-স্বজনের সঙ্গে সাক্ষাতের উদ্দেশ্যেও প্রতিদিন বিপুল সংখ্যক মানুষ ভারতে ভ্রমণ করেন। সেই বাস্তবতা বিবেচনায় নিয়ে এয়ার ইন্ডিয়ার ফ্লাইট সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি যাত্রীদের জন্য ইতিবাচক পদক্ষেপ হিসেবে দেখা হচ্ছে।
